Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions from the date of first payment:
- Monthly subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee
- Annual subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, contact us within the guarantee period and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@roamweave.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account;
- Your reason for requesting a refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. After the Guarantee Period
After the money-back guarantee period has elapsed (14 days for monthly, 30 days for annual), subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, a pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion for the unused portion of the annual term. Pro-rata refunds are calculated based on the number of full months remaining in the subscription period.
5. Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, refunds, and payment disputes on our behalf. You may also contact Paddle directly for billing inquiries through their buyer support portal.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Where there is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund process;
- Where the account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service;
- Where multiple refund requests have been made in a pattern consistent with refund abuse.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page or via the Paddle Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to all paid features until then.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period upon cancellation (except as described in Section 4 for annual subscriptions at our discretion).
